My husband has started erlotinib two weeks ago (diagnosis = NSCLC advanced stage, spread to lymph nodes, vertebra and two ribs + small tumour in brain). Whilst the cough has more or less disappeared, he has a rash on his whole head. He is also getting very tired and has acquired a bitter taste for many foods, which is making eating less palatable. Has anyone else experienced the change of taste? Is anyone on erlotinib happy to exchange their experience with us for mutual support?
