my poor wee boy is leaving school tomorrow

Less than one minute read time.

This was in January on his 16th birthday. I think he's grown yet again.

He's a good lad and I HOPE he manages to get the apprenticeship he wants.

oooh you look like Mrs Pepperpot! :) hahaa (in a nice way of course!!)

My lttle big boy over 6ft has just got his first job and a flat... scary but cool to see them flexing those wings and going out into the world...

Good luck at your mum's- I grew up over that way so I guess you can admire the scenery at least...

    Big hug to you

    Hi Sue,

My eldest daughter leaves today and although she is going on to 6th form she knows it will be the last time she will see many class mates. Prom tonight, then tomorrow it is her 16th birthday.

I know it is a cliche, but they certainly do grow up fast, my wif's very weepy today.

    Tight lines

I know a lot of ladies with BIG GIANT sons. Sometimes I think all the BIG GIANT sons should get together and start a commune ... and then I remember what their mothers say about the states of their bedrooms. Also, although they all seem exactly the same age to me, they actually range from your 16-year-old to the mid-20s, so it wouldn't really work. I hope yours gets his apprenticeship.
