there you are ive just give it a good un right across the patio and bounced it off the big fencing at the back aye i reckonh it felt that alright.

I given it a couple meself today cos i have been a little bit sick with burping someat awful and then when i hiccuop i make meself spewy.bloody hiccups what use are they to anyone, like underarm hair whats that all about, especialy when you are follicaly challenged on top of your head and get sunburnt without it been there.

I reckon a lot of our medical troubles are caused by the shitty water we are drinking out of the taps lately and the drugs injected into farm animals as routine now.

when i was on bee keeping studies with Buckfast Abbey I saw a load of young hens hundreds of em free range things just starting to lay and they all had to have this chemical injected into the legs to prevent some prospected desease . they never ad it then but they might av it later senario.no wonder we is always contracting summat.

dont worry about the good LORD he is always there for us and i feel his despair for us sometimes. we dont ask enough of him, he wants us to ask for more

imagine if you hav two kids .one is always asking your advise and the other never talks to you.which is going to be the one you watch over more and enjoy his company most.

my oldest brother an S A S man was apain in the arse to mother always fighting always more than a few at a time and often covered in blood not very often his own.

My mum adored him and despite having to clean him up and defend him agaianst the cops all the time when he died of diebeties she was unconsolable for years , We who were ibn comparison never any trouble were loved but not in the same way. The LORD wants you to ask and i firmly believe he does help

SO ASK!!. not with a thees and thous  just ask as you usualy talk. just talk to him in the qiute times he will hear you. it dont come easy at first but will get easier as you do it.

i be doing the same for you at my end you are on my chapel list as is Debs and many others in my prayer book and i hold the book to me and ask him to bless everyone in there its got a lot of names in it now.

i do pray ....... years ago i had a friend (well i had a few ,..... and ive still go them !!!) but this friend was a catholic and went to church every week ...we talked about praying and i said i only pray for help when i really need it ...because i know HE is really busy listenening and helping everyone who NEEDS HIS help ....... well sure enough ths year i have prayed more than ever in my life and i know he is listening ....hey you know i even ask my dad to go on strike at the pearly gates if HE wont listen !!!!

i think every little bit of faith helps !
