Still extremely tired and sore, but want to put a few things down in the coming days. Remember this is hopefully going to be of use to a future patient.
Spoke to surgeons and anaesthetists on Monday June 15th 2020 about 8:00. Also saw Stoma nurse who drew a marker where stoma would go if either my bowel could not be adapted or if I had problems with anaesthetic whereby they needed to speed the operation in which case it would be bag.
And I don’t remember much more. I woke in ICU and was told it went well and I did have a Neobladder, but was long; thought they said 8 hours, but wife got a call from surgeon that evening saying 10 hours.
So out of it don’t remember anything else.
