Had pet scan results today after 4 months of chemo, there are hot spots on her sternum which dr says could be chemo, fracture or more lymphoma, absolutely devastated, the good news is they are going to go ahead with natalies hip replacement, and pin her shoulder so she will be able to sit up, still dont know if she will walk again, another wait to see if physio will help she has some feeling back in her legs but still cant move them. i just wish it was me, i feel so lost trying to stay strong but loseing it at times so hard today she is so worried and broken hearted missing her baby and partner all this watch and wait i pray to god to give me strength and then i think is there a god, why all this i know she is my daughter but she is so lovely,kind loveing honest and careing bless her how much more?

Hi Natalie's mum, I'm so sorry that your lovely daughter is having so much going on at the moment. As a mum myself it must be heartbreaking to watch. I just wanted to send you a hug to give you some strength so you can continue being there for her. It's such an enormous job that you are doing and just goes to show what strength we have when times are so hard.
Oh Sue, I'm so sorry to hear your news, just when things were starting to look better. I hope Natalie's operations go well and she regains some mobility. It really is unfair to see one so young have to go through such pain and misery.
In case its any help. I had a tumour on my sternum that was successfully removed and the sternum reconstructed. So if that proves to be an option let me know and I can tell you what it was like for me. It wasn't too bad.
