Tomorrow Alan is due to go into hospital for a Vertebropasty and also a CT guided biopsy .

Then he is to have 5 session's of RT in about 10.14 days possible .As its pretty certain the mass by his spine is HL once again .

He had chemo in 2009 then RT in March 2011 when it came back so we are off to fight it once again now.So no summer holiday as he been poorly for last 8 weeks with a bad back which ,fingers crossed after this op will improve and he can get out and about again .

Some of u on here might remember me from 2009 .

better go pack his overnite bag now we have been told to take with us.

Hello all .

Well the op went ok but at present he is still in pain .He was kept in overnite as they did not operate until late afternoon.Day unit closes at 7pm.

We await the results of the biopsy but think we know which way we are heading.

Came home frm hosp 8.45 Thurs nite to find a letter for him to be at QE next day .Well that was not happening so have to await another appt now. We have already been told hes to have 5 sessions of RT .

On we go and fight another battle seems cruel as he had RT in March .To have it back so soon.
