After a long period of Thyroid monitoring (5 years) the FNA has taken on the 26/11/10. This turned out to be positive for cancer.
I’m currently awaiting my surgery. This is in 3 days (1/03/11)
Having talked with the consultant at length, he has decided to do a partial lobectomy. Then return me to surgery in two weeks to finalise a complete thyroidectomy.
