Hi ADA-MAY, I had the upper right lobe removed in 2008, 9 cm malignant tumour. I am still alive and kicking today, 4 years later. Hang in there, fingers crossed, you will be OK.

Thankyou for your possitive comment it has given me a little more hope that i can beat this what ever it is.

I have had my appoinment through, i have had my Dr changed to a cancer specialist at the Churchhill hospital in Oxford instead of a chest specialist.

I have got to wait till the 11th October for the results this seams to be draging already, i know by the time the appointment comes round i will be gray or a nervous reack

Been a bit of a strange time of late first the Dr said it was not lung cancer then said that they had found B and T lymphocytes and this could mean either and infection or might be lymphoma. He then said we will give you high strenth antibiotic then another ct scan, so i left and thouht ok nothing to much to worry about.  Then Yesterday i et a phone call from the dr to say that they have discusted my case at the weekly meeting and want to put that dam camera down to take more samples from my lung again.
