My twin brother is OK, he had his colonoscopy today and they removed one polyp.
He will be checked on a regular basis from now on but he is fine

Peter, that's great news. What a relief. I do hope your results are not too bad. Take heart, lots of people have positive outcomes. My husband was diagnosed earlier this year, had op and chemo and his first scan since treatment ended was clear of the dreaded c. in October. Next visit is January and I'm sure we will be as anxious then as we were for the October one but we'll learn to live with that. I do hope all goes well for you.
