Less than one minute read time.

its my mums birthday today she was 74. she took her last breath at 5.00 pm holding my hand.

 i don't think i have ever felt so alone my brother and sister have gone back to their famyilys and patners i have no one i have lost my best friend  my rock,  how  do i make it through this.

    It is with deepest sympathy to hear of your beloved Mum,s Passing. But if its any consolation your rock will be looking after you. You will need all your strength of mind and memories to see you through the coming months.Keep in touch with the rest of your family,that will be important to you.

    Most of all stay on this site if you want to have a chat ,there are plenty of people here,with so much love and understanding.We will always be here for you.

    My heart goes out to you.  My husband took his last breath Saturday lunchtime. I too was holding his hand but a nurse from the hospice was also there.  We will get through this and my thoughts are with you

    im so sorry for your loss .being with your mum to the end will be a great help in the future (probably not now though ).my thoughts & sympathy go out to you

    Sorry to hear you have lost your mum. I lost my mum last year.  Keep in touch with your family and friends. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Cruse  bereavemnt can give confidential help. Have a look on there website to find local branch.

    Losing a best friend is really hard to cope with because you miss them so much, but you don't have to face this alone.
