Mum and I have mostly chilled out today. We did a wee bit of shopping and I did a wee bit of ironing, dusting and hoovering but other than that we've done nothing! I feel a bit brighter today and mum is in good form.
We've chatted about the possibility of us going down to London at half term to take in a couple of shows, very expensive but something that we both love and that doesn't take too much out of mum. As we didn't get to Spain at Christmas we've saved some pennies so we think this would be a nice way to spend them. I also have my best friend Nuala down in London and it would be nice to spend some time with her, her hubby and their 4 kids who mum loves to bits!
We've worked out that mum should be feeling good that week as it will be her 3rd week after chemo so, hopefully, that will come off.
