    Hi Mark,

The really scarry bit is always the waiting - honest !! - Just been treated at the new 'Christies at Oldham' I assume you will be using the main one ?

Ok Different cancer mine - Prostate so same area almost lol ! - mine has started to become active again so just had 16 treatment at Oldham.

They were Fantastic !! Everything was on a first name basis, not just a patient number but as someone they were concerned about - every day greeted by name and an indepth inquiry about possible side effect - always ready to step forward with advice and, if needed medication.

Promise once the waitings over things will change !!

I am living in Rochdale - so maybe a bit north of you - but here to listen if you need a chat or even a rant - take care Mate an hope you get things resolved soon

    Hey John

thanks for the reply, it is reassuring, it is still the dreaded C word, I am assuming it will be the main Christies hospital, am just off Rochdale road nr to the Manchester Fort, am just feeling that it was a major thing when I was diagnosed and they wanted me in for the op straight away to remove it, job done and that is it just waiting around for whatever has to come next, found out I had an infection on the scar Friday gave me antibiotics which has pulled me about again and feels back in this time capsule again.I have managed to get back to work again this week, have an appointment with my liver clinic wednesday to (hopefully) give me the all clear of that so I can concentrate on this dam cancer.  Anyway rant over for now and again thanks for your kind words.

    Mark
