    Hi Monkey,

Thats what happens when your immune system is

low. The injections should help. All the best and Good Luck.

Take care and be safe Big Hugs Love Sarsfield.xxx

    Hi Monkey,

Can sympathise with the sickness.  First one I had never been so sick in my life and the tablets provided did not help one bit.  Luckily I had some other anti sickness tablets from a previous operation.  These worked.  The hospital were going to change my tablets - but again issued the old ones by mistake.  Luckily I still had a supply of the cyclizine.  I find taking just one tablet when I get back from the hospital works and I dont need any more.  Hope things work out just as well for you.

    Hi Monkey,

like you I always felt sick for a few days after my chemo and like Jan took cyclizine I also had domperidone (sp) sounds like the posh champage!!! They did help and when they stopped working spoke to my ONC for a different drug.  As Sarsfield says you will feel tired because your immune system is wacked, but the immune boosting injections will help.  I had Pegfilgrastin (sp?) and they kept me on track for a three week cycle and I always had two and a bit weeks between treatments of feeling rather well.

    Take care,

    Alex
