    Last week whilst mum was seeing her oncologist Dad bumped into his doc.He asked about his whole body scan which turned out to be good,no spread to the lungs but possibly its in the bone to be disscused next week.Also the psa has dropped with the hormone injections yippee.so Dad decided to ask the "how long have i got " question.He was told maybe a year or several if it can be controlled.So this made him happy that he…

    In april this year Mum told us her cancer had returned,which was a huge shock,so scans blood tests etc to estalish what could be done.As in 2007 Dad looked after her and took her to chemo and blood transfusions .Mum pointed out he had not been his usual self and sent him for a check up for wee troubles.Obviously all attention was on Mum and her cancer battle,so when Dad said he was fine that was that.Then the consultant…
