I'm glad you felt better after lighting the Chinese lanterns.  So sorry for your loss of your lovely Dad. It's one year since my Dad passed next week and I am dreading it just like you, but we get through it don't we.  We are just lucky really to have had such lovely Dads in our lives, not everyone is gifted with that.

I have been thinking about losing my dad. It's something that's always scared the bejesus out of me and now that it's a real possibility I can't stop thinking about it. I'm trying to be positive and make the most of his time with us, but it's inevitible.

Reading you post made me think that yes it will be tough when the time comes but you have inspired me that life goes on - Thank You,
