Mum has pancreatic cancer. She was operated on in April 2008 to remove the tumour and her spleen.
We were told that 2 of her lymph nodes were also diseased.
She had 6mts of Chemo which had some rough moments but by Jan 2009 we thought it was beat.
She came on hols with me and my family in July 2009.
Her c19 counts began to rise in the spring of 2010 and despite scans nothing could be seen.....until Feb. 2011.
It has advanced - it is in her liver and her bowel.
She is having chemo - GemCap and some new vaccine (a trial)
Docs have said 6 mts.
