When starting ENZ I was given a large dose tablet of Vitamin D
On 23 3 23 I passed small, white granules about the size of a small
rice crispie
As I have a urine infection a community nurse came to change the catheter. She noticed smaller crystals on the tip - the bit that is inside. I had never passed anything like this so phoned DR...he got back through his staf to say that the new Vit D can't be the cause of this. This same DR who told me I did not have PC...I am going to stop the Vit D. Summer is coming and i am sure I will get enough Vit out in the fresh air!
