Three weeks ago I had my annual mammogram, post treatment. Owing to the pandemic this was delayed for several months. I was so frightened that it wouldn’t be clear! This week I got the results and all is well. My next check up will be in 12 months, I am so relieved. I have two more zoledronic acid infusions in June and December but so far have had no side effects with these. My next CLL check is in July although I could have left this until the end of the year. I prefer to have regular blood tests. As the Covid restrictions start to ease we can all look forward to better times and try to banish negative thoughts.
