Mum went through A & E last night and has been admitted to hospital. They have decided to stop the Tarceva for a few days at least as her liver is not coping with it. Mum has looked slightly jaundiced for a while now but it has got significantly worse since starting her new meds.
Mum has had a rash which has made her itch to the point of crying and scratching herself sore since she had her chemo. The medics seem to think that everything that is happening is a result of the damage that the chemo has done to her body.
I don't know yet what the plan will be until I speak with the team at the hospital. I am scared as I am sure mum is. I am not ready for this, not ready to see my mum suffer, not ready to loose her, I will never be ready to say goodbye.
