I'll do my crying in the bath

Less than one minute read time.

So today started off ok but this afternoon  was spent crying in bed and then this evening crying in the bath. Carl is now making my tea and we have wine and chocolate. Just watned people to know ( and me ) that all the PMA in the world isn't going to stop you having down days you just need to pick your self up and carry on living and not let them drag you down.

Baths were made for crying in, as are rain showers!

    Hello Kathy

I was drawn to your blog as I do very same thing, for some strange reason the bathroom seems to be the place where I cry, with me I think I put a big brave front on to the rest of the world & I cant sometimes act anymore, I have 3 children all running about the house too & dont want them seeing me crying so I run to the bathroom or quietly slip away, sit on the loo with the seat down & sob.

Then feel silly for doing so as cant deal with the reality of what I am facing so I brush myself off & get back out there & act to the rest of the world that I am on top of it & coping!.

    hugs x
