Hi, just tucked mum up in bed, she has terminal pancreatic cancer, recently had a stent replaced but is still very weak and jaundiced, each morning I'm hoping some of her energy has come back, but not sure if it will. Although she is 82 yrs she was very active and is a strong, gentla and wonderful mum. Its late and quiet in the house as family in bed, this is my 'emotial' time (I keep it wrapped up most of the time). was trying to get on the chat but haven't been able to manage it yet, it never seems to work so I must be doing something wrong, but just thought I'd say hi to you wonderful supportive people xxx

Sorry to hear about your mum mirrors, age is no barrier and we all want the best for our loved ones no matter how old they are or what illness they have. Keep trying the chat room. It is sometimes very temperamental.

We share the same journey - my muminlaw was diagnosed on 6th April with the same - she too was active and enjoyed looking around the shops / garden centres and socialising with her friends
