I was at Kings College hospital on wednesday 29th to talk to the BMT co-ordinater. She discussed everything about the harvesting and the transplant and I signed; the consent forms. I will be having chemo on the 10th november followed by 6 days of growth factor injections and the harvesting on the 20th and 21st.
Having thought I was going to be in hospital over Xmas for the transplant, I will now be going in January for it after having the vertibroplasty done in december. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT! I can now look forward to xmas with my family at home.
