Hi everybody.
Since i lost my wife 8 weeks ago i find it very hard to cope all day i walk the house i end up in our bedroom sitting on the bed with her photos all around me just talking to her and crying i miss my wife terribly i feel i dont want to go on. I was told about Macmillan Cancer Support i got in touch with them and they put me in touch with Hospice as they run a support group so i went to my first session yesterday. Every body talked about thier loss and grief wich helped me to talk and the way i feel i did it very relaxing they said it will take two to three weeks before you find a diffrence in your self but i will carry on these classes and hope it will help me so i say to everybody who feels the same go to these session it may help you.
Love to all
