TV Interview

Less than one minute read time.
On Friday 1st May I am doing a TV interview to talk about head and neck cancer. Due to the fact that we are only 4% of the cancre population I believe that we are the forgottn people in the cancer world. What they are going to do is a view of me in the clinic with my Doctor being checked and then a view ofthe support group. This willbe show on BBC Look East Cambridgshire and I will publish the date for anyone who wants to view it.

    Hi Mike

Brilliant that your are going on TV ........... there are many cancer out there that are missed out so good for you for going on TV and raising awareness. I did it last month for ovarian cancer but was very aware that there are some cancers out there that no-one is aware of, yours in particular. Wishing you all the very best .

If any of you have Sky you may be able to view regional news stations.  I live in the East so will try and catch it Mick.

Yes, a Sky box will readily support all the BBC regional programmes - even if a subscription has lapsed.    I think the regional stuff is up in the nine hundreds.    The viewing card determines the default regional channel - but searching through the channel list will soon locate.    I often watch BBC South West (I live in Lincs) merely so I can remind myself of what the sea looks like.    (How sad am I?)    And that is the ONLY thing I use Sky for ... !   Freesat works too.
