My white blood cell counts were back up yesterday so I was able to sart my 2nd cycle. Feeling happier to be back on the capsules! There were a few more participants and the unit at Christies was busy yesterday. Having a 'chemo rest' week this week and hopefully back to work next week. Hope everyone else is having an OK week. Well, this is my first sick week off work ever, when I haven't felt tired from treatment or been unwell. My white blood cell and neutrophil counts were low on Monday, so I couldn't start my 2nd cycle of treatment and because my immunity was low, it was best to avoid too many contacts.
