As previously written I will be commencing my chemo in about a week's time on capcitabine tablets.
The doctor I saw last Friday mentioned all the possible side effects which I do understand MAY not happen (hopefully)! But one she mentioned was Angina like chest pains - has anyone out there had that mentioned to them ??

I thought you might be interested to know that I am on capcitabine tablets. Started just over two weeks ago. Fine so far but understand the side effects accummulate over time.
My chemo lasts for six months - quite long time. But I just take every day as it comes.
Yes, chest pains were mentioned to me amongst thousands of other side effects. We dont all get every side effect, some get none and carry on working. Just be optimistic and keep you chin up.
One thing I did notice though, I became intolerant to some foods that I usually eat regularly and like. Mango and chocolate are the first two casualties...............
