Hi  Angie,  Sorry to hear about the dreaded post BC lymphedema. Here is a link to a Macmillan info page about it, with a small video and other lymph links on the left hand side of the page.

While you are about it,  why don't you come on over and join us all in the Breast Group. Very well used group with loads of members as much friendly advice and support you can handle :-)

Just click the green text link then click on the button  'Join This Group' and you can create a new discussion as an intro.
