Good evening all,
just reaching out to see if anyone else has the same anxiety , my mum has breast cancer and was ignored with pains for a year now 2 years of chemo and too late for surgery it has spread to brain and other parts , incurable and now under palliative care , 5 days ago I have found a lump under my armpit , went to GP , she said “ yes there is a lump “ I can only try to refer you !!
I can’t understand why they can’t fast track and get me a mammogram rather than wait 2 to 6 weeks !!
my life has been so stressful caring for my mum with this cruel disease and I have been been sent home to wait for a letter.
im really worried but keeping high spirts at home being a single mum with 2 children and caring for mum plus working , is there any way I can speed this up to get peace of mind ? Xx
