Mum

Less than one minute read time.

Well it is 11.05pm  Mon 2nd May 2011 and tomorrow my mum is hopefully having her operation to remove her bile duct, gall bladder and a large portion of her liver. I am sitting here, knowing i should go to bed and try to get some sleep but my brain just won't switch off, it has been an horrendous year for my family with various members having some life threatening illnesses and now to top it all off my mum. I just hope the hospital dont leave her sitting around to long as she is terrified, so i feel the quicker she goes down the better for her.

    Hi Lulu,

I will be thinking about you and your Mum tonight.

Try not to worry your Mum will be just fine. She will be sore for a while after the Operation and the treatment begins.

Its the waiting thats the worst. You try and get some sleep and look after yourself.

Take care and be safe Big Hugs Love Sarsfield.xx

Thank you everyone for your kind comments, mum didn't get her operation, after looking laprascopically they found the artery was too close, so im guessing chemo will start, keeping spirits up and will go see mum soon xx
