Ok so went to see new consultant today at the QE and i am feeling little more postive about my teatment. Even though they feel that some cancer cells could have been left from my last op in my bowel they are going to monitor me and see me again in 3 months time for a CT Scan to see if the carcinoid tumor has grown. so i am keeping my fingers crossed that nothing is going to show up so i can start leading a normal life for a while. I know these carcinoids are with me forever but i am desperate to start a family with my husband, so am hoping for at least a couple of years without an op!
