Hello Sue, I'm so sorry that you have lost your husband and it must be very difficult for you ... I see that you have already joined the Bereaved Spouse group, so perhaps you could try a post there ?
Do try asking at your local GP's surgery about any support groups for the bereaved in your area, too - or perhaps at your local church ladies group ? I hope you find someone who will be able to meet up with you.
