I have had a really energetic day –this is really great and a feeling of being my old self.
In fact I have said to Ray I almost feel like nothing is wrong with me. I hope this feeling lasts.
I think waking up to a sunny day has helped, it has been a wonderful spring like day today.
I did the housework and then decided to clean the windows much to Ray’s annoyance (he does fuss at times) he came out to tell me off, but my Oncologist has told him to let me do anything that I want to do –so there.
I even washed down the PVC Porch with Caravan Cleaner and that came up a treat.
It was lovely out in the sun as it was quiet warm for a change.
I did a little tidy out of the shed and Ray took the rubbish to the skip for me.
A job well done.
Lunch was an Omelet and then off on our walk which was very good and everyone we met was in a happy mood as they all shouted “lovely day”

The tide was in as well which always makes a better picture and the sea was blue.
When we came home of coarse I dropped off to sleep on the Settee for a while.
When awake again it was time to phone the Doctors Surgery for my Thyroid Test results and the Receptionist said they have come back that the Thyroid is Functioning very well so at last I have had good news.
I sorted out the dinner of Fresh Tuna, Jacket Potato and mixed vegetables, with an Ice cream for sweet.
Had a good time on the Computer talking on MHF forum trying to find out info about Trials but the answer seems to be I’m in 2 trials anyway so I have to give them time to work.
Also talked to my friends on Facebook.
Today has been a wonderful day.
