It has been another cold day but was so surprised to find my younger brother has snow on the ground still at Medway, because we are clear I thought everywhere here in Kent was clear.
I was managing to do all the housework this morning so Ray said he would wash the mud off the m/Home.
I carried on washing all the paintwork, doors and skirting boards, put all the airing away, made the bed still now Ray back.
I was getting worried and then this very cold man walked in doors after putting all the bucket and mops away. It seems that as he was washing the M/home the water was freezing so he just moved slush around all the time.--IT IS COLD TODAY!!!!
Anyway we have both had a good cleaning day.
We had a lovely cooked brunch of bacon eggs and tomatoes mushroom's and fried bread and the dog had the same and he ate it all up.
We had a lovely walk out then with the dog as it was sunny even if the wind was cold and as we got near some houses a police raid took place.
Well it seemed like that as 3 police cars pulled up and a lot of policemen fell out and stared talking to a young man.
Thats all we know as I couldn't stand there watching ---well could I????
We carried on and Louis had a great time running around and work some energy off.
Back in I felt like really have a great baking afternoon and got all the Ingredients out and made cakes, sponges and apple crumbles and the house smelt wonderful.
I already had a pork casserole cooking in the slow cook such wonderful warming food and the dog ate some of the casserole so we are all full up tonight its a wonder we haven't fell asleep.
We are away for the weekend with the MCC Kent Group at the Priory where tomorrow a Candlelight Carol Service with the Friars
