My Diary Ray had a Hearing Test

1 minute read time.

We had to rush around today and take the dog out early but it was so cold with a bitter wind again that tried to bite our ears off.

The dog happy we set of for Canterbury as Ray had to have a hearing test today but his appointment wasn't until 4.30 so we dropped in at Curry's and bought a  new Microwave where we bumped into friends as they were having a look for a new computer.

We put the car into the Park and Ride and helped a very distressed lady that couldn't get out of the Park as her ticket wouldn't work.

She finally got through to someone who promised to come down to help her so we caught a bus and got to Canterbury where I popped in and out of shop and once again I say I have got all my presents --but of coarse I havent wink!wink!

Westgate Canterbury

We then thought of a coffee so we found the restaurant in a posh shop and I chose a lovely slice of chocolate cake, naughty but nice.  NO it was so stale but I ate half of it and then blow it, for the first time in all my life I complained, much to Rays amusement . The waitress bought another bit which was OK but its the last time I go there.

We thought it was a good idea to get to the hospital but being early we waited until I was almost asleep.

At last Ray went in and they tested his hearing and said he is really deaf in one ear (I know that I'm always repeating what I say to him)

So he had the mould's done for two digital hearing aids so at last he can get rid of his Analogue one and he might hear properly.

I will have to be careful what I whisper under my breath now!!!!

We caught all the bus's back to the car and drove home where the dog was so pleased to see us.

But We have to do it all over again tomorrow as its my Oncologist appointment for my results of the Scan.

Oh No!!!
