Today we had a run down to Cliftonville a it was so sunny but as we journeyed along the Thanet Way we went into a cloud of sea mist which ended up as fog when we arrived at Margate that was laying on the waters edge.
As we walked the dog and played ball we met a man who was assembling his Kite to pull him along on a chariot.
He gave it to Ray while he untangled the strings and I could imagine Ray would lift up with the kite if the wind had got up. The man said he had come there for years to fly his kite as he was given 1.5 years to live as he was intolerant to dairy foods so he stopped eating dairy foods and exercise by flying this kite and he is still alive after 5 years.
We do meet some very interesting characters at the coast.
We travelled onto Broadstairs and Ramsgate then past Sarr Windmill http://www.windmillworld.com/millid/2778.htm
through to Sturry to the farm shop to buy fresh salad items.
On then to Tankerton slopes where we saw 6 Motorhomes wild camping this is only April and they will spoil it if the group together in so many numbers
Had an Icecream and another walk with Louis then returned home to sit in the garden with a coffee.
This has been a really good day as I love breathing in such wonderful fresh sea air as sometimes I can taste my lung as it feels like I have had smoked 20 cigarettes.
