Today is officially Blue Monday - the most miserable day of the year.
A combination of Arctic temperatures, Christmas debt and the next pay day feeling like it's months away leaves many of us depressed and unable to face work.
But the sun is shinning again and its a glorious day again so its not a blue day here.
We had a late getting up as we had gone to bed late and had watched a film on TV that we didn't understand really.
After we had done all the house work we had a coffee and toast and grabbed the dog and our coats and went to Tankerton for our walk.
The sea looked like summer very blue and the Wind Farm stood out white and shiny and there were even little boats sailing towards the Isle of Sheppy.
We walked round to the butchers and stocked up with lots of meat for the freezer which left the dog outside drooling at the smell.
I cooked fresh Lamb chops for tea tonight --don't you just like the sweet taste of Lamb and mint sauce. as i said its been a good day not a Blue day--I dont do Blue
