The letter arrived today and I have got an appointment at the follow up clinic for the results of my Thyroid Bi-Op and CAT Scan on Monday 8th Feb so thats goodnews.
We woke up early again as the dog barked and this time the security light was on and a garden light has been knocked over so something is out there.
It might be a fox or a cat but what ever I couldnt get back to sleep so I gave up at 6am, made myself a coffee and answered emails.
I made a leek and potato soup and let it simmer away ready for lunch and then we went for a walk as it was a lovely milder day with the sun beaming.
The tide was in and it was just a delight to be out.
I met my neighbour who was walking with a walking stick and looks very weak --I havebeen wrapped up in my own problems I didnt know she had slipped up in the snow in her garden and had been in hopital with her injuries, a damage back.
We walked back slowly with her and chatted away until we arrived back home.
We have been watching the full moon from the Lounge window as the clouds passed over it almost hearing the howl of a wolf as it was like a movie, spooky.
I got the dinner on of Sweet and Sour chicken, Stir fry vegetables and once again relaxing after a good day.
