I tried to pull my blind up this morning and the weight of it has broken the brake and it kept falling back down so Ray said lets buy a new one which meant a rush around to go out.
As we had taken the dog we went to Tankerton slopes and was amazed that we had to walk through snow in places as I thought it had all gone. It was very pleasant in the sunshine though and we did a round walk.
Then we went to the Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital (affectionately known as the Whit and Tank) as they have moved Rays hearing aid batteries to there now instead of our local Doctors surgery.
B&Q was our next stop as they had our blind there but not the same colour so what do you do as it would be wrong to change all of them just because of colour. I Bought a beach one and hoped for the best.
Came home to lunch which was a cheese quiche and had a sleep then went and did a little bit of the garden as the sun was so nice.
After dinner Ray put my blind up
and it tones in with the other’s very nicely so all has ended well.
Dinner we had Quorn Sausages (which are different but do taste OK)and chips with mushrooms and green beans.
