This is where we stayed last Monday as we had travelled down to Gosport to pick the new motorhome up.
We had a lovely stroll to the beach and walked all along the cove where you could see the Isle of Wright and the Ferries travelling to and throw to Portsmouth.
A Sea Cadet had died as he fell from the rigging on a training boat the day before which made it a little sad but the sun was shining and the walk was good.
We cleared the M/H and had everything in boxes to move over into the new one and we woke up early on Tuesday morning to travel around to the dealers http://www.pandpcampers.com/
They have been lovely throughout the time we had met Daniel and he gave us such a good deal on the old M/H and the changeover went very well as he explained everything to Ray. Its always good when they take pride in their work and Daniel and his team sure do.
We went back to the site and put everything away in the cupboards and straightened everything up and was exhausted by night fall.
The next day we had to call in the dealers as a tap was in the way of the draining board cover but Daniel soon sorted this for us and we were off travelling up to Essex to a Rally.

As we were a day early we had to book a pitch and then we had another move around of things to get it right (as you do)
I loved the site and we had a walk around the lake there watching the men fish and the ducks stayed out of Louis way.
The next morning we moved into the Rally field and soon the other ralliers booked in so we were able to meet up with friends old and new.
WE walked around the village of Wheeley stretching our legs and had an early night.

On Saturday we all met up in a large tenting area for a cheese and wine afternoon and we left there at 9.30 as my feet had got so cold and they didnt warm up until 6.30 today.
So as it was raining we came home saying goodbye to our friends and we will see them at Newbury Show later this month.
We had a lovely journey home and Ray is so pleased at the way the New M/H runs and is easier to drive.
Tomorrow Monday I have to go to the Hospital for a Scan and see my Oncologist so its back to the medical bits again but at least I have had a good three months from the Chemo and I have had the time of my life!!!!!
