My Diary A lovely sunny day today

1 minute read time.

I woke up to a the sun shinning although a bit windy.

Had a good time doing the household chores and than got the dog ready for a walk which was really very pleasant.

They have knocked a bungalow down this week on the beach walk , and cleared the land to build a larger house.

At the moment my friend now has a property over looking the sea until they build the new one.

There has been a terrible earthquake in Chile and now they are waiting to see where the major tsunami will hit, as it is on its way across the Pacific, and the first hemisphere wide tsunami warning since 1964 was issued all along the basin, according to monitors in Hawaii.

How awful the people there must be in a panic I wish them well and hope they keep safe.

Our campaign is quiet so we will have to wait until Monday to see what happens and if there will be more answers for us.

I have made a Vegetable Lasagna for dinner and it was as good as a meat one, I served  it with garlic bread and we really enjoyed it.

Medically I do get out of breath when I walk a fast walk  and still get pains in my chest around the operation area's in the left lung but on the whole I have a good quality of life so Im really pleased still with the way my health is at the moment.

I wish I could go back to my keep fit class  but think it would be pushing myself so I will just have to sit on the settee and watch the telly!!

Whickham Durham High Street

I do a lot of work on my family tree where i have over 3000 relatives listed and I have been aroun the countryto take photos.

Wickham in Durham is where my ggreat grandad came from ----I find it all very interesting.

Well we will soon take the dog on his last walk they have promised a very bad storm  with high winds tomorrow coming in from the Atlantic so its a case of button down everthing in the garden.
