I have been quieter this week as I went to a funeral of a neighbour and friend who died after fallen at home and broke his hip.
He had been ill for a couple of years and lost a lot of weight and had a colostomy bag.
It turns out that he had Alzheimer's as well that is why when his wife tried to have the room decorated and was taking down the pictures he thought they were moving and got upset.
He was only 78, what a shame he ended up like that.
We had a great evening and I drank to him time and time again it was the first real drink that I had had for a long time.
Ray came home and started painting the kitchen cupboards which was a nice surprise when I finally came home.
Today has been cold and trying to breath in the cold wind again is a hard thing to do. It causes lots of pain in my back at times like this so there is noyhing better than going to bed early with a coupl of pain killers.
My hands are still weird and i woke up with my thumb stuck into the palm of my hand and had to pull it out.
All these weird things happening!!!
Please can it warm up and lets start summer.
Ray finished painting today after we had taken the dog for a walk.
I have change the curtains so everything looks so nice.
He is painting the Passage tomorrow with the new Paintpod so that will be fun to see if it is easier.
The fox' have been out on the marsh again playing so the wild life is showing itself.
The lambs are doing well and there are a lot of black lambs around this year.
