Day 7 Chemo 2 Spring Flowers

2 minute read time.
There are so many flowers out as my Maigolds, Periwinkle, Michalmas Daisies are all blooming again and my Spring flowers have all raised their leaves.
We have a Hedgehog in the compost bin that keeps coming popping out as the dog is sitting looking for it for hours.
The blackbird is flying around the garden from the nest in the tree where the Harvest Mouse lives. The weather really is changing, we ought to start growing Grapes on vines and peaches as  here in the South I'm sure they would survive.

Well the day was a good one as I have got stronger and stronger making this a better session than last time.
Beginning to think I have a future and I can really plan next year as the confidence grows.
So I booked the Scottish Rally --I just have to meet Carol and Gavin as she is madder than I , We are going to have such a laugh, Scottish Pancakes and Haggis, together.
We will work on a small tour and then cross over to Ireland to Catherine for another tour --I must see the Giant Causeway this time.

I tidied up and cleaned another cupboard out in the Kitchen, so now all the cupboards are straight, then after a jacket Potaoe with lashing of cheese melted over for lunch, we were ready for the Visit of the man from Plumbs.

We had decided to buy another suite cover as I have been and looked at suites and they are so light and flimsy than  the one we have, as it is so  heavy and the springs are great.
We chose the material and he measured up, a very thorough man.
He said so many people feel the way I do and business is booming in the ressession.
He agreed the suite was very good and strong  and well worth Covering.
He left and we had a lovely meal, I had a Chinese, Ray a Chickedn Hotpot--he is getting used to making me different from his as I fancy different food all the time.
I catnapped at times through the day an stayed in the warm but Im bored so I must be back on the mend.
I went on face book and chated to friends made Gerald blush (he says he is shy and really he is right so I must stop pulling his leg in front of his friends.)

I have to go out somewhere anywhere today or I will go mad. Stuck in here looking at 4 walls everyday.
I think that's why I cant sleep my brain needs some stimulus.
I will think of something that's of sure.
My garden awaits me to cut something's back but you are not able to because of the Low Immune System and the soil holds to much bacteria any cut is a potential disaster awaiting to happen.
I think I will ask Ray if we can do part of the Crab and Winkle line for a change as you can join it at Tesco.
It is the old railway line to get the Crabs and Winkles to Canterbury from the fisherman's boats in Whitstable Harbour.

  • I cant see the point in using the time I have left moping as I have been given this nasty in side me and I have to have a smile on my face and keep enjoying what time I have left creating happy memories for my Husband Ray and my family and friends.

Go to Scarborough and create happy memories --I went away for 2 weeks in the Motorhome as there is always a hospital within easy reach should you need it.

    Have fun

    Love mavis
