Well yesterday was a day of sickness and laying around on the settee all day but at least I was up and showered and dressed.
I tidied up for Ray even while he was out shopping so I felt better at that point but then it started again so took my anti sickness and rested on the settee.
I had a soup and bread for lunch and cheese on toast for dinner followed by ice cream so that was better.
All cooked by my very patient Ray.
I have been told I mustn’t loose weight but I cant see how I can eat enough to stop that at the moment.
The metallic taste and continue feeling of sickness I couldn’t stand it any longer and went to bed while X factor was on with the intention of watching it in bed–but it seemed like this year the standards have gone down and I just couldn’t raise any interest in it so I kept dropping of to sleep.
So I finally gave in and turned the light off.
I have been awake on and off all night but had a good sleep to as I wasn’t sick so that was a bonus.
Only since I got up have I been ill but not bad –its the taste in the mouth that’s horrid so metal like so I use my mouth wash and that does help.
You also have a sense that you smell of the Chemo so I cant wait to shower now.
