The weather was glorius after the stormy day Saturday.
Lots of washing went out on the line and we grabbed the dog and had awalk to the beach-- that made his day.
The skies were blue and the sea was a deeper blue with the white wind farm gleaming out to sea.
I took it very careful and got around the 2 miles it was great to exercise the dog and my legs.
I was exhausted when I got in and had lunch and a sleep.
The phone went and my son and partner asked if it would be ok to come and see us--as if I would say no.
I had a joint of gammon already cooking slowly and so I got the Potato's roasting and veg on for when they arrived.
All hugs and kisses over we had a chat and then a meal it was really very nice catching up on what they had got up to in Cypress.
Louis enjoyed having them here and kept nudging them to go out for a smoke break --as he always went with them --but they have cut right down and didnt go outside at all --poor dog he couldnt understand that.
When they went we settled down and watched X factor and just rested before bed.
Today I will know the results of My Scan ---a worrying time.
