Day 12 and feeling better

1 minute read time.
Well I got to the Kent MCC Rally at Lenham yesterday and boy was I pleased I went.
Everyone could not believe I had got there and were so pleased to see me.
We had a great time chatting to all our friends until it was time to go to the hall.
We had hot dogs, popcorn and doughnuts what a naughty combination but nice.
I drank Grape juice all night as I really don't know if alcohol is allowed, its not somethingI have read up on.
I got up and put a chair in amongst the dancers and sat and hand jived but felt silly so I stood up and hung on the chair and found I could jiggle which was great as I love music and a good dance.
I danced on and off through out the night and the men kept asking me to dance, which was good because I could hang on to them and I also danced with 2 men holding me up, one each side so it was a brill night but boy did I get tired.
Then the last dance was Dusty Springfields --You don't have to say you love me I will understand

Ray got me on the floor but we both ended crying our eyes out ---words of a song can say what's in your heart cant they.

Pat and Dave saw us and came and cuddled us and then Beryl and Chris and we all danced in one big group hug.
Darling Dave who has had a heart transplant and skin cancer and suffered so much, when the song finished we just hugged as he so understands my feeling's and Pat cuddled Ray Understanding his.
Oh what would you do without these real friends I do not know.
Off I went to bed in the M/H took a sleeping tablet and my painkillers and Zonk my head hit the pillow and I had the best full nights sleep for 12 days
The Agm this morning went very well and I imputed all the time--as I do.
I was able to thank the members that sent so many cards, flowers and their good wishes.
This has been a wonderful weekend. The best.
