A message to my Husband

Less than one minute read time.

Bless you Ray such a lot has been put on you shoulders and I keep saying sorry dont I —I always planned everything around you when I thought in my 80’s I would have to nurse you, I moved into a Parkhome because my mother wouldnt give her house up until she was in her 90’s and it left the family to do all the running of her house and as my poor brother lived so near so much feel on his shoulders.
I promised we would not to the same to our boy’s and now all that planning is going to pot.
Im frightening the life out of you and and the family and especially our younger son, and Im not even 70 yet.
So hang in with me as Im fighting this battle and we have a few more years together babe.
Get that M/H washed and we will have a great year next year on holidays and Rallies.
We have a Golden Wedding 2010 to celebrate with all our friends.xxxx

Oh Locovan such beautiful words to say to Ray. You have so much to look forward next year and I am sure you will do it all. Every second counts! Whilst my husband was here I actually thought in some funny way it was a blessing that we had the time together to create such wonderful memories. We grew so much closer together although I wouldn't have thought that possible as we were so close and in love anyway. I never thought I could love another human being as much as I love him. I believe that you should only look to the future to plan nice things as you are doing. Don't think about what is going to happen because you are here and Ray is here. I believe that time thinking about sad things is wasted time and energy. Hope you feel good today Lots of love Julie XX

Here's to the Golden Wedding.  G finished his chemo in March this year.  It's a long and difficult process, but, it does pass.  Since then he has been as well as ever, and we have been making memories not just for us, but for the Grandchildren.  G, like you has always been positvie and determined to beat the vile disease.  Hang in there girl! Tell Ray to have that motorhome shipshape ready for the 2010 season.

    Love and very best wishes,

    Daffie
