Well i have just had my operation, lumpectomy with axillary node dissection. Not to sore so i am pleased about that. the drain which i have had to come home with is not at as bad as i feared, although only been a day so far, my mind might change by next week!!. got physio exercises to do, which is three times a day. couldn't do any before left hospital, but managed to do some before i went to bed last night. They said the op went well, so i am pleased. just got follow up next weds, then its on with the radiotherapy.
so thats 6 sessions of chemo and op out the way. i am feeling more positive about things now and can see light at the end of the tunnel. xxx
