MOONWALK

Less than one minute read time.
Hi everyone I am taking part in the London Playtex Moonwalk tonight all in aid of breast cancer. I shall be walking 13.1miles around London in my decorated bra, amoung 15,000 other brave women and men.
It would be fantastic if you could visit my sponsor page.
For you that know me, and also those that don't I was told I had breast cancer at the end 2008. I was only 25 at the time. So last year was a tough one, with all the treaatment etc, but  I thank my lucky stars I got throught and now things are on the up.
I really want to give something back, so I am making it my mission now to at least take part in one or two events each year and raise money for cancer.
so please visit my page and give as much as you can. even if it is 50p, we all know that every penny counts.
thank you   http://www.walkthewalkfundraising.org/Louise_Clout_MW

Oh how fab!!! I like you was only 26 when I was dx in 2007. I did the moonwalk last year but I did the Full Moon and god that was hard...exhausting but well worth it.  You will have an amazing time.  Good luck brave lady xxx

geez, the ravens would leave the tower if I were to walk around in just me bra LOL

However, on a more serious note way to go!  Hope you raise lots of money Louise, wish I could sponsor you but I am tapped out from all the Race For Life friends and family I have sponsored.

Our local hospice is having a midnight walk but no offense to breast cancer patients, everyone has to wear to pink which I think is a little odd as the hospice helps people with all sorts of cancers.  I was going to do it and be a rebel and turn up in grey to support brain tumours/brain cancer but thought they might not let me participate.  I might send them an email asking if I can do it next year wearing grey (still being a rebel but a rebel with consent LOL).

    Love & Strength
