Hi Linn.  It can be really scary not to know what's happening or to know we need this test or that.  I sometimes tend to imagine the worst and my mind takes off like a runaway train.  When the tests are done, waiting for the results are the next hurdle.  I have to make a conscious effort to stick to the "here and now" instead of letting my imagination and fears get the best of me.  I tell myself that right now, I am ok and I'll worry about Tuesday or Wednesday when it comes.  No use to me worrying and ruining  the weekend I have planned over what may or may not be anything.  I choose to cross the bridge when I get there.

Keep talking, I find it lessens my anxiety.
