Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum so not sure what to do.

By chance I have been diagnosed with lung cancer ( had a scan for something else).
I am still totally shell shocked, I had no symptoms at all. They wouldn’t give me chemo But I’m

having immunotherapy, . Sadly I have had hardly any information about this, so every 6weeks I

don’t have a clue what to expect. So any help or guidance would be be very grateful.

thanks

  • Hi there - can I suggest you post this in the  Lung cancer forum  group as you'll reach people who have gone or who are gonig through the same experiences.  You've landed on the blog area of the forum which doesn't have the audience of the individual cancer type groups.

I'm on immunotherapy, going well, feel well and the drugs are working for me.  Immunotherapy has been a great progression in the treatment of cancer - many cancer types have adopted the approach as their go-to now.
